My "Take Away" Idea for my Capstone

My take away part of my project will be creating handouts/brochures/or small posters to hand out with information on animal abuse and the shelter I will be creating. This is just a small example of a poster, that could be used for my project.

Animal Abuse is a growing problem everywhere in the world. Dogs are being starved, beaten, and used for fighting. Innocent dogs do not deserve to be neglected or forgotten. A solution that could put a stop to animal abuse would be creating an animal shelter that takes in abused dogs and trains them to be service dogs for the physically disabled. In order, to help put an end to animal abuse, we need to take a stand and be a hero to innocent animals. Let's not continue the suffering; adopt a dog and make a difference.

Brief Description of my Capstone Project

My project includes building an animal shelter. This animal shelter will combat animal abuse by taking in previously abused dogs, rehabilitating them back to health, and training them to become service dogs for the handicapped. The millennium goal that my capstone project coincides with is the goal of equality.
